Your taking on tradeswomen in your business for the first time or you have some scattered through your business and to help your managers and support staff to support them better, we know in the trades sector most of our leaders are men who have successfully mentored and trained other men for years, so they have the skills to create great tradespeople but what about the situations that are often unique to women? What are they and how can some who hasn't experienced these situations before support them?

In this 2 hour workshop we go through sexism, imposter syndrome, feeling like you have the reputation of all women resting on your shoulders, societal standards and how they effect women in the workplace and more! 

Within your business there are two main groups of people I can coach your tradeswomen or tradespeople and your supporters of tradeswomen and tradespeople (managers or apprentice support staff).

Through the coaching with the tradespeople and tradeswomen I will support them to gain confidence, get things off there chest, have conversations that create change and grow into an even more amazing tradespeople!

Through coaching the supporters of tradeswomen and tradespeople I will guide and support them through the challenges there people have, different ways to deal with situations that come up with there people!
