 Louise is a life coach, qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, trainer and assessor, and in-demand speaker in the mechanical industry. 

Louise had been featured in Channel 7 News, Sunrise Morning Show, ABC iView, Sydney Build Expo, and dozens of podcasts. 

She is leading the way for women in male dominated trades after taking out gold in the 2016 Heavy Vehicle WorldSkills competition. This was an amazing experience for her, but she was left wondering 'where were all the other women?' 

Since then she has been working on dismantling the barriers that women face, internally and externally so more tradeswomen can rise to the top!
