Inaugural Impact Report

The 2025 Impact Report from Louise Azzopardi Training and Development Solutions highlights the growing impact of our work supporting women in trades across Australia and the world.

Founded by qualified heavy vehicle mechanic and coach Louise Azzopardi, our mission is to help tradeswomen build confidence, navigate challenges in male-dominated industries, and create long, sustainable careers in the trades. Through coaching, mentoring, speaking engagements and industry workshops, we also work with employers to build safer, more inclusive workplaces for women in the trades sector.

This report shares the progress made over the past four years, including the number of tradeswomen supported through coaching programs, the organisations and industry partners we’ve collaborated with, and the thousands of people reached through workshops, speaking events and the Building Confidence podcast.
